Susan M. Breall is a judge in the Superior Court for the City and County of San Francisco. She currently presides over dependency matters in the Unified Family Court. Prior to her recent assignment to the dependency court she presided over a juvenile delinquency court for three years. As part of her juvenile delinquency assignment she created the first Girls Court in San Francisco. This court handles all delinquency cases involving girls who are at risk of sexual exploitation and trafficking. She has been a judge for over sixteen years. READ MORE

Benita Hopkins, an “Agent of Change” works with the local non-profit organization, Generations United. Generations United serves the underserved Hispanic community of Redwood City, by providing literacy programs, emergency care for displaced families, empowering others to care for their neighbors, and equips neighborhood groups to mentor others. She is the Director of Programs. Before GU, she was Director of Community Education and Engagement for Love Never Fails, committed to the trafficked population. READ MORE

Antonia Lavine
Antonia Lavine is a lawyer with over 20 years experience in criminal prosecution, litigation and oversight with masters in International Legal Studies and U.S. legal studies from San Francisco Golden Gate University School of Law. As a public prosecutor and criminal law expert in Europe, she specialized in law enforcement, justice reform and legislative action in the areas of human rights protection and combating complex crime, including money laundering, corruption, human trafficking and transnational organized crime.
