San Francisco, CA 94110 The Family Health Center (FHC), including the Refugee Medical Clinic (RMC), provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary health care services to patients along a continuum of care which includes health promotion, disease prevention, urgent care, ambulatory care services, and specialty clinics. RMC’s approach incorporates patient education, counseling, and the selective use of diagnostic, screening and therapeutic services directed toward health maintenance and early diagnosis and treatment of illness. The FHC also provides a full scope of primary care services for children, adolescents, adults, elderly, and homebound patients. RMC, in collaboration with Newcomers Health Program, provides services to refugees, asylees, victims of trafficking and other underserved immigrant communities, including comprehensive health assessments and social service referrals.
